By registering an account on p2828, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by p2828, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction.

p2828 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

To register and use the p2828 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. p2828 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of p2828, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the p2828 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by p2828 or any relevant regulatory authority.

p2828 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the p2828 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. p2828 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to represent p2828 support.
• Notify p2828 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

p2828 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.

p2828 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

All transactions on the p2828 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• p2828 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• p2828 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Processing times are estimates only. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

p2828 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all p2828 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. p2828 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire as specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.

p2828 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The introduction of a promotion does not create any obligation on p2828 to continue offering that promotion indefinitely.

All games available on the p2828 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

p2828 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. The RNG systems used by p2828's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, p2828 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, p2828 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. p2828 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p2828 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity theft.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward p2828 staff or other players via any communication channel.

p2828 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from p2828.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of the Content or Platform terminates the license granted herein and may constitute an infringement of p2828's intellectual property rights, for which p2828 may seek legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p2828, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if p2828 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

p2828's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p2828 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p2828 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit p2828's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

p2828 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the p2828 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

p2828 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p2828 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, p2828 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
